Hate that. I’ve been meaning to call the number and see if anyone answers.Any recommendations for the best online source for Williams USA tools? Seems as though Tools Delivered is no longer. Thanks!
Glad they’re back. Seems like they might have changed hosts. I called them yesterday and it went to a voicemail box that was full. So I was getting concerned.web site seems to be working now for me, although I've not bought anything recently. I've bought a lot of stuff from tools delivered.

Look under the “J” for JHWilliams. Their search is a bit funky but I have bought Williams tool from Toolsource and AboloxTools fairly recently.
Williams isn't even on their list. I punched in some part numbers and nothing came up unfortunately.
I'm trying to fill up a cart with Suncoast but I can't get the order big enough for them to ship it... They seem to dropship and also stock certain things. The few things that would get me over the minimum to be shipped are local pickup only.
Should've checked out earlier.

on there,l ordered Williams tools from them and is under J.H. Williams
M-202I have the Williams catalogue saved to my computer. I pull the part #’s from that. I just checked 5 of them and each one pulled the correct tools up in Toolsource.
You could also give them a call. Their customer service is pretty good.
Nice to see they have Toptul. They don't have most of the Williams stuff I'm looking for though.Cryertool.com
are you familiar with the tools your buying and know them to be US made ? while back i needed a single crows foot and williams had the size i needed so i ordered it . not knowing much of anything about williams i assumed it was US made. turned out it was taiwan when it showed up. price was right and it was just for one time use so i wasnt terribly disappointed but had i known i likely would have payed a couple more dollars for a used snapon from ebay
I don't like Sunweb site seems to be working now for me, although I've not bought anything recently. I've bought a lot of stuff from tools delivered.
I would NOT do any business with Suncoast Precision Tools. They refuse to honor warranty and return on defective items.www.suncoasttools.com , could be worth a try......
This is not even remotely true.Williams Tools are sadly all made off shore now , like so many others . I do know where to get some great vintage USA stuff while it.s still around >
"remotely" need a new word budThis is not even remotely true.
Williams has two lines of tools. One is made in Taiwan and the other USA. They overlap a lot, but there are some tools only made one place or the other. In that contextI don’t think it’s fair to say they closed down and outsourced.Well yes, before I open my mouth again,..... I see Snap on made their industrial tool line Williams , YEY ! When they closed down in upstate New York the tools were basically outsourced to Taiwan . As for your reply you might need to read on a bit more .
Thank you , I just found a new source for the super/combo wrenches love them !Williams has two lines of tools. One is made in Taiwan and the other USA. The USA line still exists.
Just look for tools with letters in the part numbers if you want USA production. I personally have both. The Taiwan-made stuff is quite good.
The one category I don’t buy is pliers. They’re ok, I just think there’s better options.
With the recent company revamp to Williams Industrial, they added the prefix "JHW" to all the part numbers. If you ignore that, this rule generally applies, but not in every case. There are some exceptions, but i cant recall what they are right off the top of my head.Williams has two lines of tools. One is made in Taiwan and the other USA. I believe Williams was in upstate NY and that did close down. Yes the name survives I see, into Williams Industrial which is great ! I guess we need to see "vintage Williams Tools " verses SnapOns new Williams Tools. With the recent company revamp to Williams Industrial, they added the prefix "JHW" to all the part numbers.
