I've been googling for a bit and this forum keeps popping up. I never could find the answer I was looking for, so I joined and figured I'd ask directly.
My buddy fished this Wilton vise out of the dumpster at work. I have torn it apart, cleaned most of the crud and whatnot out of it, used a torch to heat and straighten the handle (they used a big cheater bar on it and bent it), etc and got it in good enough shape to use for now.

It's been in service at my house for a few years now and I finally decided that it was time to get new jaw inserts for it as they're beat all to hell. This will require a model number as no one seems to post enough dimensions to really nail things down and I'm not interested in buying and returning 5 sets on a quest to find the right one. That's where y'all come in.

I have the thing unbolted and took pictures of every side that I could think was of relevance. It's heavy as hell (I would guess over 30 pounds), so not likely the scout-era model as the reading I was doing seems to indicate that they're lighter than that.

Jaws are 5" wide.

Looking around, I think that the 111101, 111103, etc numbers are just part/casting numbers and aren't anything to do with the model number I'm looking for. I am certainly open to being wrong though.
Let me know if there are any other numbers that I may have missed. I'll get more pictures taken ASAP.

A 5" Wilton Mechanic's vise

In general, vise jaw dimensions/specs seem to be a well guarded secret - the manufacturers don't care to publish drawings, etc.. My advice would be to order some bar stock and some blind hole spotters and make your own.

Steel: https://www.mcmaster.com/products/b...width~3-4-1/low-carbon-steel-sheets-and-bars/

Aluminum (if you like soft jaws): https://www.mcmaster.com/products/b...hickness~0-5/width~3-4-1/?s=aluminumbar+stock

Blind Hole Spotters (probably 1/4-20): https://www.mcmaster.com/products/blind-hole-spotters/

Edit I think it's a 650.

645 was 4.5" jaw. Pretty sure anyway.
Did some searching for 650 vs 645. Looks like 645 is still a 5" jaw. Found a few retailers offering jaw replacements that look like they'll fit and found someone selling chunks of the vise that look to be the correct one.

Appreciate the help! Looks like I have a 645!
