I've been googling for a bit and this forum keeps popping up. I never could find the answer I was looking for, so I joined and figured I'd ask directly.
My buddy fished this Wilton vise out of the dumpster at work. I have torn it apart, cleaned most of the crud and whatnot out of it, used a torch to heat and straighten the handle (they used a big cheater bar on it and bent it), etc and got it in good enough shape to use for now.
It's been in service at my house for a few years now and I finally decided that it was time to get new jaw inserts for it as they're beat all to hell. This will require a model number as no one seems to post enough dimensions to really nail things down and I'm not interested in buying and returning 5 sets on a quest to find the right one. That's where y'all come in.
I have the thing unbolted and took pictures of every side that I could think was of relevance. It's heavy as hell (I would guess over 30 pounds), so not likely the scout-era model as the reading I was doing seems to indicate that they're lighter than that.
Jaws are 5" wide.
