Wissota bench grinder

Hi

I found a Wissota bench grinder on CL this morning for $20. It doesn't have a tool rest or any eye guards and when i contacted the seller through email he said it was a "cheap" bench grinder and gave me no further information on it. I was always under the impression that Wissota was a good quality grinder. He said there is someone else interested and with no tool rest or eye guard I'm a little hesitant. Thoughts??

There is one for sale on my local Craigslist for $50, I have been watching it for a couple of weeks. The seller goes to great lengths to differentiate it from todays typical Chicom bench grinders.

Someone on the bench grinder thread said that replacement parts are still available from Wissota. As long as it still runs without vibration it looks like a steal for $20.
