Wizard was Western Auto's house brand.
Just like True Value uses the Master (insert profession here) and Lawn Chief (for outdoor power) labels, Western Auto used the Wizard branding for everything made for them. I have a Western Auto Wizard rototiller from 1972 that's still going.
You'll need to scour the inteweb to learn the original mftr of the grinder, then try to track down a manual. It took me 3yrs to find a manual for the tiller under the Gilson name.
I'd see how it does with a 40w bulb, then graduate to 60w if you think it can handle the heat. Before doing anything though, go through the wiring to confirm that the wires aren't roached. Re-wire if needed. Good luck.
