It's been a couple of years since I completed my build and with time and adding new tools to the shop I found that the benches along the back wall were taking up space and not being used. So on the weekend I removed them and reused the materials to build some more useful shelving, splashed some colour on the wall to brighten the place up and there you go :) Still have plenty of sorting out to do but very happy with the result :)

Finally managed to pick up a nice Table saw for the shop, It's a little excessive for my needs but folds up well :) I'm collecting it tomorrow so I'll be able to figure out what type of wheels I need for it

( Found these pic's of the same model and condition on the net, It's a SCHEPPACH TS 4000 )

Love the Rc cars, I can see 4 of mine in there: original gold chassis rc10, fox (single front shock), striker (my first car), and a falcon.

I spent 15 mins looking at that pic! Would love to see more or a website.

Wow, your display of RCs is impressive and would be great fun.

Thanks mate :) Plenty of fun, Especially when I set up the backyard track and everybody participates in the backyard champs

Great score on the table saw, it sure is a step or two above my Triton saw.

Regards

Cheers, Even though it's a little excessive for my needs ;) It was a good price, I added some 55kg full swivel & lock wheels to it today when I got it home, Now it's so easy to move it about. I'm glad I have a dust extractor already ;)

Thanks :) Well you've got 2 right, The Striker & RC10 but I don't have a Fox or Falcon. What you can see are a couple of Boomerang front ends & a Supershot :) The Striker was my first RC back in 88 also :)

Here is the website I belong to :) http://tamiyabase.com/forum/recent.html

Doh I really thought the one on the top shelf closest to camera was a falcon!
The single shock front ends I just presumed were a fox, I didn't know other tamiyas had the single. The fox wasn't a bad car at all, there were a couple at our local club in stock back around 1990. Good times, thanks for refreshing the memories :)

Nice setup with the shop and nice RC collection. I may have to steal your deck design.

Thanks, We've had a Motorhome for a while now (7yrs), but wanted the flexability of the camper trailer. Being able to leave it and go for a drive will be excellent & of course Registration for the Motorhome is AUD$720 per year and the Camper trailer is only AUD$55 per year! yes please :)

Trailer looks cool, good size tent. Check out the drifta gear for pull out kitchens and all that unless you are going to make your own like I did.

I'd spent ages looking at trailers etc when one sorta fell in our lap too. (cub kamparoo).

Cheers GB.

Thanks mate :) Yes this 1 really was a good deal, only used 6 times and we got it for half the retail price, plus it came with about $1500 of extras in it :)

With this model the rear gate swings out and that's where most attach a kitchen & yes like you I will make my own :bounce:

like this one, but mine will be timber :)

Wow, impressive RC collection! Camper looks good too.

Thanks mate, yeah the're addictive little buggers :D My plan is to finish the rebuilds on them all this year, most just need the bodies painted :)

We're really looking forward to using the camper and have booked 2 trips already :) A 4 dayer at Easter & 2 weeks starting 3 week of April, the 4 dayer will be a good opportunity to see what else we need for the bigger trip :)

Today was definitely "Happy Wife, Happy Life" day  + massive brownie points for me :) My Wife run's Personal Fitness training sessions in our front car garage and has been asking me to keep an eye out for some shelving for around 12mths. Well finally some came up  These have been sitting for some time waiting for a new home, Mine now  Anyway loaded them up during the week and got them home, After a trip to a few camping stores today we came home, stripped, split, cleaned, reassembled & installed them :) Needless to say she is very happy with them.

Shelves came up great mate = brownie points.

Not sure what gear you need to get for the camper but aldi have some RV gear in the store today. I picked up some annexe matting and a LED light kit that has dimmers etc. Did a quick test out using the camper battery and it seems to work pretty well.

Cheers GB.

Cheers Mate, yes the Wife noted that Aldi were doing something, We are pretty sorted though, Between cookers, lights, seats, & dog toy's  We did just buy a 90Ltr Evakool dual zone fridge freezer, It will pay for itself with the more camping we do & being able to take our food like we did in the motor home
