If your house is anything like mine, the wrapping paper never has a safe spot to live. It then gets flattened, smashed and torn from being thrown all over the place.
I have a decent utility closet in the lower level that I have found a way to utilize the space for wrapping paper storage. I had some primed poplar in the garage that I put to good use. This closet has 3 sides that have shelves so I held it in the middle. To get the paper down, just slide it forward, pull one end down and there is enough room to slip it out then. Will see if the wife keeps it this neat through the holidays
I like a little flex in the wood so the rolls eventually "return" to center of room and dont end up stranded over the shelves making it hard to get to. I think the picture makes it look more bowing than it really is.

stuff which isn't much. I have a good size attic that will accommodate lots of stuff. I'm not allowed to put candles up there though. Apparently they all melted one year
