Brought these items home with me from an auction today (along with some other, less interesting junk). Oddly enough, they were in the same box.
Obviously, the "vise" is more of a jewelers clamp and has no distinguishable marks on it; however it does have a nice little "anvil" in the back. The wrench was made by L.C. Thomsen of Kenosha, WI, which supplies stainless steel products to the dairy, food, brewing, and beverage industries. It appears to be made of aluminum and measures about 4" across the flats.
