I'm starting to wonder about Wright tool now.
I have four sets of Wright wrenches - one for work and one for home. The home one is no problem and I can sell/trade it, since I liked the Snapon better. But my work wrenches, some of them are out of tolerance and they are at risk of rounding fasteners.
I have emailed them - no response - several times. I have sent a regular postal mail letter - no response. Since I work night shift I can't call them during their business hours.
What bothers me is SK is having QC issues (my last SK purchase was just fine, though), and now I find Wright won't respond to contacts.
It begs me to ask myself: Is buying USA really going to be all that much better when you can't get warranty service or support?
Just wondering if anyone else has had any similar experiences...
