I'm thinking about putting the man door in my garage so that it swings out instead of in to save a little space inside. I see that all of the doors here at work swing out & they drilled holes in each of the hinges on the inside and put a set screw in to hold the pin in place. I know they're also sitting in steel frames too. I'm not real worried about a break in, I live in a smaller town, but could also put in a long throw deadbolt too. Any thoughts or ideas? Should I? Shouldn't I?

I considered it, then dropped it because of price. It was 4-5 times more expensive for the door.
