Hi, I’ve just acquired a Yorktown tool chest from my late father, looking for info on it,
Dad was a panel beater from the 70s to the 90s before retiring.
I seem to recall him bringing this tool chest home early 80s, I never really took much notice of it, presumed it was another snap on.
Has anyone got any info on Yorktown?
Looks just like a snap on chest from that era.
Hoping someone can help. Tia

Welcome to the Garage Journal. For what it is worth in the future questions such is this are better off going in the "General Tool Discussion" where they will have more views and subsequently most likely more responses.

I have that same box, as pictured below, but labeled as made by "Aero Industries" a company that I believe was started up in later years by the previous owner of Yorktown.

That being said, a link to a previous discussion on Yorktown tool boxes (y)
