I haven't bought it just yet...the sale ends at midnight EST?
Maybe I can buy this now instead of an engine for my project and just focus on bodywork for a while.
Midnight central I believe.

Unless you were planning on it save your cash and research some more. You need a welding cart and a good local shop for bottles/gas. Clean welds for body work take practice.
Zoro runs these 30% off sales practically every 60 days. Wouldn't surprise me if theybdo another for new years.

Picked up a machine table, better than what I can weld and probably the same price. The 30% off helped, especially when picking up a Syncrowave 210 last month. My budget for tools has been exceeded this year, for sure.
I picked up the Durham machine table as well, thanks to joshuakline pointing it out:
Machine Table,36x72x34,14000 lb. Zoro Item: G6164225
http://www.zoro.com/i/G6164225/
$429 out the door, excellent bench for my 2nd barn
And my budget for tools is also 'about' shot for 2014 & 2015.

I finally made the decision to buy right before midnight. Zoro's site went glitchy on me, so I guess I'm waiting for the next sale. Whoops!![]()

One Amazon reviewer mentioned placing his 211 on the cart from HF.
A welding cart is a good first project to learn with. Build one.

I hemmed and hawed and when I finally went to the checkout, the price in my cart changed to full price. Clearly I waited too long.
But now I know what the next purchase is. All the reviews I can find for that Miller are glowing!
I hope Zoro does another 30% sale before too long. I'll be ready.

I think you will be happy. I got my 211 at my LWS - thinking I would build a rapport with them in case I need service some day. Not my worst idea, not my best.
I will say that you should build your own cart. Buying one robs you of experience that you need to complete your first few "real" projects. Miller (and others) have a lot of good videos online these days. You can start watching them now - to get ready.

The HF cart with the drawers is pretty nice. It's fun to build your own, but those drawers are really nice for consumables.
Of course my 252 is it's own cart.![]()

An HF welding cart with drawers? Never seen one.![]()
What does Zoro use primarily for their shipping courier? In the past my orders always came by UPS. This time the tracking number I received is an 11 digit number starting with a 5. I can't find any tracking info for it.

Try fedex or speedee?

Thanks, never heard of Speedee, tried them, nada.
I've tried Fedex, GSO, DHL, even tried UPS & Ontrac. I'm not to worried about it but it would be nice to know when it's going to show up.
My order contains an arbor press stand. I doubt it would come by freight, it shouldn't be that heavy, & they shouldn't come assembled.
I have one similar to this and I agree it's a great design. It's nice to keep everything in one place. The only thing it needs are a couple more hangers.
