Keep us informed on how the rebate goes, please.
We have received your submission and everything looks good.
We are currently running 3 - 5 weeks for processing rebate checks (which will mail USPS) and 2 weeks for the Spoolgun (shipping via UPS direct from Miller). Please allow sufficient time for your rebate check and free Spoolgun to arrive.
Thank you!

Well, I just received this email:
So, yeah, that's a sigh of relief. As for my rebate submission details, I printed this form:
http://www.millerwelds.com/pdf/Spoolmate_RebateFlye.pdf
and filled it out. For the items, I used the item description from Zoro, the Miller part numbers for item number, and the price paid AFTER the 30% discount. I then scanned it into a .pdf, and emailed it and both the order email (which shows the price reduction per item) and the final receipt (which only shows a mass dicount) from Zoro in .pdf form to:
[email protected]
Also, on the both the Zoro .pfs, I added numbers next to the items to match the item number on the Miller rebate form.
I hope it works out for the rest of you as well.
... except when I ordered a Miller 211 while they were still in stock, but they put my order on hold for no apparent reason, and now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to ship because it's out of stock now.
I'm still a lifelong Zoro flasher. I placed 2 orders (one with my account and my "wife's" account), second order was on my doorstep the next day.
It doesn't surprise me that orders would be placed on hold and then backordered. Zoro was probably absolutely inundated with orders for 211s and their system simply couldn't keep up.
I submitted my order within a minute of the sale beginning and it showed up today.
Consider me a happy Zoro customer!![]()
Consider me happy as well. I thought I was going to have to wait 10 days because they were backordered. Received notification last night that a shipping label had been made. Received it before noon today. That's crazy fast shipping!
That's awesome. Glad to hear it worked out so well for you. On another forum someone reported that Zoro overnighted their welder to them. With service like this, my wallet is going to hate Zoro!
Sometime back, during the 30% off Zoro Flash Sale around Christmas time, I picked up an Echo CS-590 60 cc 20" bar chainsaw. Put that to use on 10 trees in one day a few weeks back from 70 to 30 feet tall. This is one amazing saw for around $300ish with the 30% off. If anyone needs a big saw, most capable, pro like quality if not quite weight/hp ratio, and 5 year warranty, I can highly recommend this one. I'll be doing some chainsaw milling with it this summer as well. Can cut through a 12" dia log in about 7 seconds or so. Serious capabilty and much better value than corresponding Stihl or Husqy equivalents. This could be your "only" saw if you wanted, though a bit heavy for cutting every small branch. It is so quick though you can almost pass through small branches like you would with a bush hedge trimmer and almost swing it through 20 at once! A recommended Zoro buy when they have their big sales. Other Echoes are fine too, but this one is a great deal for what it is. - Paul
I am debating between this or the makita 64cc. Almost bought it on the 30% off but passed. kinda kicking myself now.
I plan to have this thing the rest of my life if all goes well (both with the saw and my life!) - PaulReceived my 211 and rest of order yesterday. Submitted the $400 rebate / spool gun form today and received confirmation email that everything looks good. As noted earlier, I did the Digital Elite Helmet Rebate a few months back and everything went smoothly.
One thing I do wonder about the autoset feature is how this is really much different than the printed chart on my HTP which shows recommended power and wire-speed settings for different gauge metals? Not sure what kind of magic I was expecting.
I screwed up and didn't buy the $400 worth of accessories with my 211. I have until July 31st, what's the chances Zoro will run another sale by then? 20% off would be enough.

I drive for Pitt Ohio here in Pennsylvania. We have 18 wheelers,24' straight trucks and in some metro areas sprinter vans. But yes I've delivered to houses in a 18 wheeler. Had box inside closed roll up door near the tail and walked up with box under my arm.Has anyone had any experience with zoro shipping by Pitt Ohio Express? When I check under tracking it says: PITTOHIOEXPRESSLTLNOTRACKING
I can see maybe the bin coming by Pitt Ohio but most everything else is small stuff. Should I expect a full size 18 wheeler to be blowing through my residential neighborhood? This is what I ordered.

How can that be economical?
It has to be on the same receipt.![]()
Anyone know if Zoro normally does Memorial Day sales?
I had to actually speak with customer service to make a change of address. At that time I asked how often they do the 30% sale and the response was once each quarter.
