I had to actually speak with customer service to make a change of address.

At that time I asked how often they do the 30% sale and the response was once each quarter.

So the next one could be as early as Independence Day or as late as Halloween.

At least I've got a while to figure out what I want, err I mean need next.

Seriously? August 2013? Maybe try reading the beginning of the thread to see when the last few 30% sales were. Like Post #3.

That post covers December 2014 through May 2015, and thus isn't useful for predicting this summer and fall. And "once per quarter" is not too helpful either. I found the August 2013 sale through a search. it is true that I could have searched more exhaustively, but your snark seems unwarranted and perhaps just a little sanctimonious.

Can anyone tell me where the serial number is located on the 211? I had it shipped to a relative's house to avoid sales tax and I won't be picking it up for another week or 2. I want to send in the rebate now, but need to make sure they know where to look so that I make it as easy as possible on them.

For the box, there should be two yellow stickers, one has the SKU and SN labeled on it. The other yellow sticker, is several peel-off bar code stickers with the SN on it. At least that's the way it was on mine..

In my order they included a card for 10% off $100+. Only thru 6/5. I can't see myself using it, most of their stuff isn't a good deal at 10% off, but it is a low minimum purchase too. Man, sorry for those who have ot wait on your welders. Also not to rub it in, but my $400 Miller rebate came today (the spool gun came a week ago). Also, after contacting FatWallet, I got my 2% cash back on this sale as well, so add another $26 and change to the already amazing deal.

With, but the sale didn't register for whatever reason. I had to wait the 14 days to file a support ticket through the click history page.

Just chiming in to say all has arrived here as well. Extra Spool gun arrived about 8 days ago, check arrived yesterday, and I use Ebates rather than Fat Wallet, and account was credited with the cash back there as well.

Anyone get the Zoro market research survey?

It's about the possibility of creating a rewards program. I think I buy enough there that I would benefit from it, but that also means it takes money away from other deals (like if they cut back from 30% off to 25% to fund the rewards program, then I wouldn't be in favor). If they did something like Amazon prime (free 2-day shipping with an upfront fee), I might be for that. I hate trying to make basket minimums just to receive a $10 part, something like Prime shipping would increase my impulse purchasing a lot (for better or worse).

Not sure where I stand ultimately.
