What's everyone's experience with delivery times? Will be in Maine Thursday and Friday and was thinking on getting the Wilton vise/hammer combo delivered to the hotel.

Oh and does anyone have a coupon code for a percentage off a $400 or so order?

Depends entirely on where the item is shipped from. If it ships from California I get it in Seattle in a couple days. If it ships from Illinois it's 3–4 days, and from the southeast a solid week.

Yeah, I wouldn't count on them getting something to you on a specific day or two day range. Sometimes stuff ships immediately, sometimes it processes for a day, sometimes it takes a few days. I don't need things immediately, or else I'd be buying from Amazon, so it doesn't bother me.

Anyone got a 20 or 25% they aren't going to use? I am going to order a ironworker and it would greatly help.

Does anyone else have issues with the Zoro website. I think their search feature is screwed up

Zoro's search function is lacking.

Use grainger for the search function, then put the mfg part # directly into the Zoro search for the quickest results.

I have nothing to offer from Zoro. But I do find damaged box Metabo's in AWD all the time:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WJOX9EY/?tag=atomicindus08-20

This is only an example. A Metabo search in Amazon Warehouse Deals will yield more. I have 1 Metabo and 2 Boschs that were listed as damaged boxes and both arrived pristine.

Thanks for the suggestion. The model I was looking for didn't have any WD but I'll keep an eye on them.

Ooooh, boy! Zoro's having a 30% of sale on all electrical supplies, pipes, valves & fittings. The code is VOLTPVC. Sale lasts from Aug. 17 to Aug. 18. Just bought a new pressure switch for my air compressor. Happy Hunting!

Nice. I'm thinking about adding auto-drains to every down leg on the air system in my shop. This sounds like the day to do it.

Does anyone have a favorite float-type auto drain at Zoro?

I'm in the same boat. Have been procrastinating. Looking for advice on a midrange model for a 60 gallon.

I'm considering this for my down legs:
https://www.zoro.com/wilkerson-auto-drain-valve-12-in-npt-200-psi-xb3-04-m00b/i/G3014785/

I'm considering this for my tank - hooked up to my shop lights so that it does not cycle every 45min all night/day when I am not around:
https://www.zoro.com/intech-auto-drain-valve-115v-12-in-38-gpm-tdv10-50-230/i/G0396859/

I'm open to other options, love the 30%

Doh! Never mind those items at a 30% discount. When I went to check out they are not eligible for 30% off.

Just a suggestion, low tech ball valves don't generally clog up with debris and leak air with the frequency that these "high tech" devices do. It is a pain to open a bunch of ball valves and drain them. If you go this way, consider buying two so you have a spare while you repair the other one, and put a ball valve in front of it. Tie as many of the drip legs together and use one auto valve at the end.

BTW, thanks for the code!

I don't believe there will be another 30%, there hasn't been one in some time.

I think a lot of people missed here that the CLEANGEAR code was for cleaning supplies/etc. only, not site wide.

I'd be happy with a 20% :p

If you play their game app for your iphone/android you can get 20% pretty easily.

I've seen them do 30% on the big sales days so after that, paying anymore more just seems like over paying. So until that 30% happens, I'll either not buy, or possibly see if I can buy somewhere else...

I appreciate the suggestion. I got some black iron fittings with the 30% and left the auto drains.

The last site-wide 30% code was around Thanksgiving 2015? Site-wide 25% comes up a few times a year and site-wide 20% seems to be about monthly.

Geez, what a pain.

Zoro's pricing is sufficiently random that you really need to shop around. Proto prices are good even without a discount, SK prices are ridiculous, other stuff varies unpredictably.
