Well… That’s a wrap on the BF/MFT workbench build. I literally couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. In fact, it’s kind of changed the way I’ve worked in the shop and hopefully you’ll see that in upcoming videos. As for plans, I am doing my best to get something together for those that are interested. Give me a week and keep your eyes on this post for further developments. See Comments on the forum.

I only thought this was gonna be a two part series. It’s actually gonna be a four-parter… In part 3, I go over the basics of setting up the guide rail and fence along with powering the bench for a vintage task light I found. The fourth and final installment (I promise) will probably be the most exciting of the bunch – going over functionality, accessories, etc… So, see ya then… See Comments on the forum.

Man… I feel like this video is long and drawn out. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve watched the clips so many damned times while editing or if it really is that bad. In any regard, here it is… In this issue, I get the foundation of the bench finalized with systainer drawers, traditional drawers, and finally – an MFT work top. So I’ve had this design in my head for a while and have been wanting to build it ever since I built my last systainer cart. Essentially, it’s just a 4′ by 8′ MFT table built from 80/20 and featuring a ton of storage. I’m still working on it, but the footage was piling up and I figured I should just release it in two parts.
