The Atomic TV

I had a bunch of spare parts left over from two other tech projects and decided to make a TV – sort of. It’s actually a little all-in-one computer that’s coded to automatically loop and play videos that are loaded onto a thumb drive. Splicing to NASA Standards

A friend of mine that works at NASA recently stumbled across an old standards manual for wire junctions. Essentially, these were the standards that NASA labs used from Gemini on up through the Shuttle era. And I thought some of you might find it as fascinating as I did. You can download the manual here. The Atomic Keyboard

Covid project… I actually started this thing a few months ago, lost interest, and then picked it up again under quarantine. My main goal was actually to test a few bits sent to me by toolstoday.com. Specifically, I used: 1/4″ Amana Spektra coated down cut. 1/8″ Amana Spektra coated down cut. I’m not getting paid to say this… and neither Toolstoday.com or Amana are sponsors, but holy hell these have changed the way I used my CNC.
