That little piece of (inside) real estate has been occupied for a long time. Nice!To be fair, it has a couple of leaks, the bottoms of the doors aren’t perfect, but it is still worth more than double what I will have into it.
Got the FL-106 out of the Salvage Garage, next will be to remove the transmission and front axle, then make new legs, that way it is all together and the engine can still even be run if needed.

It was funny you said this, yesterday I took delivery of a tool cart, just didn’t have enough room to bring it to the SG with the auction stuff. It isn’t an outdoor cart, I will eventually have one more like a “pit cart” that I can actually wheel out front or out back. For now this will at least help with the inside mess. I suspect that once I make my outdoor cart, this new cart will end up back at the Hill. I also brought both of the Kennedy A-Frame tool boards over, they need a bit of mods to make them work for me, for now, I will just slap them together to get some tools out of the way.You need a tool cart, to tow around behind you. Back when I had to deal with several jobs in a much larger space, I would pull a cart with a big trough on the top, that I'd toss the tools in as I went. No wondering what job they were at, they were with me, or in my big box.

Wish I could be down there to help you out, Strouty, I love that sort of work.To be fair, it has a couple of leaks, the bottoms of the doors aren’t perfect, but it is still worth more than double what I will have into it.

This part has baffled me for years. how can prices of literally EVERYTHING to do with steel skyrocket for years and scrap goes nowhere? We know it's mostly recycled.I haven’t priced them out in a long time, bet it is pretty low, but at least it is better than light iron.
I have a lot of stuff to process for the scrap yard, I don’t think it will be this week, but maybe next weekend I can get everything done, would be nice to have it all gone and have some cash instead.
I found a hydraulic shop press at the auction that I would like to try and acquire, it is a hand pump style 50 ton and the frame looks pretty straight, usually when they hit the auction, the frame spells something in cursive.
I am currently moving the rest of Chuck’s old cage and supplies out of the my house, there are three cages that I have to list on marketplace, they won’t bring much but having the space will be great.
And meanwhile i'm sitting on a mountain of scrap.People want the Steel more than the Scrap they have; therefore they are allowing the scrap dealers to tell us how much they are willing to pay for it.
If you want to see the price for scrap increase, don't sell your scrap until the buyers will meet your price; that might take a very long time.
