Used to be an Ed Debevics here in Phoenix. Fun place to go. Once the waitress asked my BIL "Are those your legs or are you riding a chicken?"Nearly 40 years ago, I was in Chicago on business. The client took me to Ed Debevics, which was great. Wish I'd had a chance to check out SuperDawg - if only I had known about it.
At Superdawg they refuse to put ketchup on a hot dog even if you ask.No ketchup, I hope.![]()

Thanks Ruxpin, You're right: this is a large part of the appeal of Mary Kay. The way we use her - which is to say usually driving slowly on city streets, with the top down and the radio off (the radio hasn't worked in probably 20 years) - you can interact with people in other cars or people who are walking by on city streets. I've had expensive sports cars too - and nobody ever talks to you. But if you are in a big fat pink convertible you are accessible - and that can be a lot of fun. Thanks for following along.I love this.
One of the good things about taking out a car like Mary Kay is that it genuinely brightens people's day when they see it. Kids point. Young timers wonder what it is. Old timers smile and reminisce.

Thanks TJ. Much appreciated. That looks very nice!
That recess used to be a glass block window into the back yard. When we remodeled the house years ago we added on to the back of the house so it became in essence a window into the crawl space under our family room. I’ve used that recess as more of less a shelf to store tools since. There is a similar recess on the adjacent wall that I snuck a miter saw into. Inches count in a city house.Nice tool walls and holders. What was the recess before you made the tool wall on the right?
Mary Kay?For the record, I don’t have a girlfriend.
Haha, yeah. I suppose you’re right!Mary Kay?

If you put a second cabinet a foot or two to the right of this one for the pressure washer and hose reel, you can mount rods between the two to hang the spray bottles from.I think I’ll also make some larger horizontal shelf to store spray bottles and chemicals for detailing.
It was a pretty good hit and there was some damage to his car. And to Mary Kay?

I think she was a beautiful lady all of her life. She left her life here in November, 2001.Glad Mary Kay wasn't hurt.

Bill, Not heated yet but a mini split and spray foaming the ceiling are in the plans, Will have to see if i can get mobilized for that yet this year. Eventually I hope to be able to wash a car inside the garage even in winter. Is garage heated or will you have to move freezables inside in winter?
Hope is not a course of action, especially in Chicago winters...Eventually I hope to be able to wash a car inside the garage even in winter.

I was using a trim router, it caught on something and I ended up at the emergency room with five stitches. Not a Fun day. The plane is a Lie Nielsen number 8.What happened with the hand? I think I missed that. Lie Nielsen #7?
