You’ll love it … quality is worth paying for IMO!!My first Veto bag! I was a bit reluctant to pay their prices but it is extremely well made and pretty well designed. No bag is going to be perfect for everyone but this one checks most of my boxes while being more reasonably sized than my last pack. I managed to fit all of my most used tools from my large bag to this one, which should be plenty for most jobs. I put the rest in a small "overflow" bag that I keep in my car while on jobs.

I have the vim 77 set, I've never tried the 42 set.I had an issue recently where I had to remove a screw to pull a panel out. I thought I was good because I carried a right angle screwdriver on my bag. It wasn’t even close and took me about 30 minutes to remove 2 screws a 1/16 turn at a time with a set of twin grip clones.
After that I waffled around and finally decided to order a VIM 1/2 cut screwdriver set and it’s insane how small they are compared to the right angle screwdriver I had which I thought was tiny. It used 1/2 cut bits too.
I ordered the VIM and canceled it as I thought how often do I need a right angle screwdriver and how much smaller could it be. I was pleasantly surprised with it.
Hope so! So far so good. Kinda shocked how much I was able to fit in it, with some room to spare. That small pile of tools and the hammer is all that was left out from everything I had in the large bag after I loaded the new bag out with my most used tools. The remaining tools went into my "overflow" bag that I carry to jobs but leave in my car. My bag weight also went from 31 lbs to just under 20, but it feels like even more of a difference than that. Pretty sure you're right, I'm going to love it.You’ll love it … quality is worth paying for IMO!!

Everything in that middle picture fit in there too? Holy cow.
I heard when you scream Yippee-Ki-Yay while swinging those ratchets, even the most stubborn bolt will come loose out of fear.
I have two of those dremels and one M12... Along with several corded. The Dremels are great. The M12 feels funny in my hand...
pretty much everything. A few things were left out and my multimeter isn't in a case anymore but this new bag has a dedicated meter pouch which helps.Everything in that middle picture fit in there too? Holy cow.
Great loadout post. I have the same Veto bag and loaded it pretty full like yours. As time went on, I removed a few of the lesser used tools, but mine is only used for DIY projects.Hope so! I'm calling it my 90% bag. I wanted something I could just grab and do 90% of most common jobs with rather than trying to carry everything I might ever need for every job... Much easier to just keep a few extra tools out in the car. I'm sure it'll change a lot over the next few weeks as I get used to it.Great loadout post. I like the setup and your loadout....I'm calling it my 90% bag. Moving a selection of bits and other small tools to a zipper pouch rather than the pair of hard cases I used to carry was a game changer. Freed up a whole lot of room and if I lose or break a bit, I can just run to the car if I have no other options... I'm sure it'll continue to evolve for a bit as well, but it seems like a good start.

Christmas ratchets ?
For myself lolChristmas ratchets ?
That's pretty crazy. I've been contemplating buying one for the big truck. I need to just go ahead and pull the trigger. Thanks for the pics. They reallly put things in perspective.pretty much everything. A few things were left out and my multimeter isn't in a case anymore but this new bag has a dedicated meter pouch which helps.

Sometimes you need to loosen that screw near the hinge to get the flip motion just right. I had to adjust a couple of mine.
I'll give it a try, thanks.Sometimes you need to loosen that screw near the hinge to get the flip motion just right. I had to adjust a couple of mine.
Bernsomatic TS4000 trigger start propane or faux-MAP gas torch. I don't know why it has taken me so long to buy one of these. No more fiddling with a lighter with half frozen hands.
And the OEMTOOLS 27306 Long-Reach Harmonic Balancer/Pulley Installer Kit. No intended use yet; just looks like it could unexpectedly come in handy one day.
Coincidentally, I ordered a bunch of 1/2 drum sanding barrels as well, but @ChefRex looks to have found a better price for more of them. I'll be tracking those down to make a bulk buy as well. (Thanks man!)![]()
Impact wrenches are a game changer for stuff like that. I agree. I am never going to add another battery platform. I only have Hitachi, Dewalt, Bauer, Torqeedo, and EGO.I had to change my Tocamoas rear bumper as id reversed into something. To make it easier , I unbolted the skin but needed to remove my towball to get the skin off.
There i was , 38mm socket on an extendable breaker bar , on the ground , with my foot against the pipe wrench on top and after heating with wax caryon and some wd40 , crack , it eventually came loose. Despite me think I was being careful, I still sheered an inch worth of thread off the towball.
I then proceeded to undo it slowly as I needed my foot in place on the pipe wrench. On that day I decided I needed an impact. Through the research process Id done , and my slight baism towards Bosch , I decided to go for the GDS18V-740N.
I didn't quite think this through maybe as this thing is heavy and large , so I might need to get another one for situations where this won't fit and my 1/4 Makita wont have enough grunt for.
Shoot me , with the addition of a few other purchases , I've found myself running 2 battery ecosystems now , something I didn't want ,but Makita don't make everything and Bosch don't make everything so it is what it is. I will NOT enter a 3rd.
COO Malaysia , interestingly , my little IXO screw driver is made in Hungary , I don't think I've seen a single Bosch power tool made in China although a fair amount of their bits and blades are.
These are a good $100 or more cheaper than the Makita equivalents ,I don't know why , are these baragins or is the Makita more expensive than it needs to be ?
I've never seen a white castle IRL.
Apparently there's one 20 miles away!

we have one down the road. It is the slowest of all of the surrounding fast-food places. I think it might survive off snowbirds wanting a taste of home
I think In and Out is better & cheaper but that's just me.
I have no idea what a White Castle is, but who screws up the spelling of their meme?

We have them in Columbus, Ohio.... Every now and then I stop there. For me, I might be more excited that they have Coca-Cola than that they have sliders.I think I've only seen them in NJ. Tried it once (a friend was going regardless, as we were in Atlantic City for a mid-winter boat show, and he'd been planning on stopping there as part of the trip). NOT impressed, haven't gone back (hard to believe that was almost 30 years ago).

Are these extension swivel sockets?
