"you promised a week!"
One month is what I'll be saying unless (until?) I get another printerI've seen several be very realistic:
ex: "I only have one printer. mid march is about what i expect for being done."
You know, if you get two more printers...One month is what I'll be saying unless (until?) I get another printer
No math! You know, if you get two more printers...

The TPU looks good. What ended up being the problem?
It's not perfect but it's much better. I'm still getting some surface defectsThe TPU looks good. What ended up being the problem?
Thanks. About 380 hrs printing. Assembly is quick, under an hour. Probably 8ish hours over the course of the print to interact with the printer, files and filamentNice work! What was the overall time to print, and then time to assemble?
So cool! Great job! Are you going to throw some rubber tread on the wheels to protect the plastic from chipping?
Thanks. The tires are also TPU, so they are slightly squishySo cool! Great job! Are you going to throw some rubber tread on the wheels to protect the plastic from chipping?
Turned out great. Just curious, what were the updates to push you to 380hrs instead the 200-250hr noted? Thanks. About 380 hrs printing. Assembly is quick, under an hour. Probably 8ish hours over the course of the print to interact with the printer, files and filament
The 200-250 is just wrong. I changed no settingsTurned out great. Just curious, what were the updates to push you to 380hrs instead the 200-250hr noted?
Might try and get in on this but I haven't tried TPU yet and just have one printer (P2S).
FIFYThe 200-250 is just wrong. I changed no settings
I did all this one just one p1s. I'll end up withanother onetwo more soon
Probably.FIFY
Probably.
Thinking another p1s with AMS and one without. Let the one without ams just run the TPU.
Really depends on demand. I'll happily throw money at more hardware for this and other similar causes. I'd love to be able to get one of these done in a week and do maybe two a month.

What printer?
What printer?
You're missing two wheel quarters and 8 tires, but either way, 6ish days is nice.
Wonder on the quality of curved parts VS the 0.4mm, and 8% infill VS 15%
Do you have a source for HF that isn't 2x the cost of regular Petg?
Is the infill on the tpu parts the same as original? The speed on those tires is suspect

I'd love to use tpu for AMS, but the stuff is 2x the cost and I'd rather get 2x the wheelchairs. Same with the PETG HF VS PETG
So running your supplier's Petg but telling BS that it's HF?I print using our stuff with the high speed bambu lab default
You run it through AMS?This is the TPU we use:
If i get a minute to load up today i'm going to start testing the plates for TPU

Curious how the cushions feel with 98a VS 95ajust ordered sunlu 98a to test as well
I'll give it a try with my current print.Yup exactly. increases max volumetric.
