You are probably already aware of our special status with the Federal Government but just in case:
Title 15 – Commerce and Trade
Chapter 29 - Manufacture, Transportation, or Distribution of Switchblade Knives
Section 1244 - Exceptions
(4) The possession, and transportation upon his person, of any switchblade knife with a blade three inches or less in length by any individual who has only one arm
Somewhere buried in the customs regulations, we tripods are also allowed to bring two switchblades into the US when returning from overseas (I bought two in Spain back in '87). It wasn't a 3-inch limit back then so mine are on the illegal side (home use only).
Before SunPass, Florida offered a special sticker that allows us to drive through toll plazas without paying (supposed to send them a check in the mail). Of course, Florida also allows
everyone to eat roadkill (odd that they make a big deal about it).
