So do I, a big pair of bolt cutters. That's not the point. Ordinary cuff keys are very common. In the context of where and when security cuffs would be used, nobody would have the means at hand to release them other than the person who holds the correct key. Part of the security is that no two sets of cuffs are keyed alike, unlike ordinary ones where one key opens all.
