I was supposed to be refunded $17 in points and instead it is showing $27 in points. Guess I better spend them before they realize their mistakes.
How difficult is it to get price adjustments after a purchase and how many days after purchase do you have?
Also if I bought during friends and family will they adjust the price difference before the 10% off or just compared to the price after the 10% friends and family?
EDIT: NVM found my answer. 30 days. Just talked with them and got $16 +tax refunded on my C3 Impact Wrench.
Thank you for posting this. Unfortunately I got side tracked after adding one to my cart. I had planned to order 6 of them. Eventually the item said no longer available but it let me place and order for the one in my cart still. I assume it will most likely get cancelled. Anyone had any experience with something similar?
Any idea if Sears will bring back free shipping for $25+ ? I thought I got everything that I need but have found a few more tools that I can only get if shipped directly to me.

I haven't seen anyone talk about these lately, but I had some points I needed to spend a couple months ago and I got this Craftsman 3-Pc. Internal/External Convertible Retaining Ring Pliers set.
I've only been watching it for the past couple months, and it's only gone on sale down to $63 in the short amount of time I've been watching it during the F&F sales (which it is now at again). But I did a bit of research and figured out that they seem to be the exact same set as this Channellock set which has never gone lower than $80 on Amazon, and costs anywhere from $83-$115 at other retailers, so even $63 seems to be a pretty good deal.
Once I knew what to look for, I did find one other post in this thread from last year where someone indicated that both of these are made by Wilde Tool.
Anyway, they're pretty nice, especially if you have FREECASH points to spend, so I thought I'd throw that out there.
EDIT: Also, to avoid getting anyone's hopes up, they do currently show up as "Shipping Unavailable", but they're still available for pickup at my store at least.

I just went to my cart, to buy something else.
I noticed I still had one of the lockers in my cart that I put in and never went through with it last week. It looks like it will let me go all the way through and order one. It doesn't show the $50 back in points, but it still shows the $109 price tag.
What happened with yours? Did your order get canceled, or did you get any kind of shipment notification? Not sure if I should try and order this.

The total number of Sears/Kmart stores in now-Seritage-owned buildings known to be scheduled for a April 27-mid-July liquidation has now reached two dozen, after a lot of reporters' research to get that put together since there has still been no official list release. (This is the same closing stores list that had 9 stores on it when I first posted about it on Mon 4/16.)

Who else had their New Age cabinets cancelled? Ordered mine on Friday. Just got the notification....
I am starting to wonder if they figured out they shouldn't sell them that cheep....

So those with the C3 1/2in impact wrench how many lug nuts can you take off with it before the battery dies. Trying to figure out what I am using my points on. If they don't last long I will pick up a second battery.
I notice today I have $3 of $15 on my Sears account. Not sure if that is because I bought a clamp online on Sunday. Not as good as the bounceback offers from in-store purchase but I will take this!
$3 FREECASH in Points on $15 on Tools
Includes Tools sold Plumbing, Paint, Electrical, and Tools Departments, and Clearance. Choose from Popular Brands Such as Craftsman, Dewalt, Black & Decker, Bosch and More! Valid In-Store and Online.
Expires on May 20, 2018
Either a price error or they realized giving free shipping on an item that size was going to lose them a ton of money. That is my guess what happened.

Just got an email about 2hrs ago saying they cancelled my order cause they are out of stock. Wonder if anyone else's order got cancelled.
Did anyone receive these. I placed the order Feb. 11 and was given the May 3rd date for arrival. I received the scribe early in April. I haven't received the hose clamp or plug wire puller. Sears says they are checking on it. Anyone receive theirs? Many Craftsman auto tools with 50% off and ship-to-store option:
Craftsman Mechanics & Auto Tools
This one is 70% off:

These might be the only ones made in USA:

Craftsman Spark Plug Pliers $5.42

Home Depot offered the same product that you had on sale. Theirs was 25% off but they would have offered and additional 10% to "meet and beat" your price AND they would have delivered it as promised.
I also ordered the Spark Plug Pliers for in-store pickup the same time you did. They were a good deal and made by Lang in the USA. I was charged for them but never received them. They are still showing on line but say none are available within 100 miles from me and my set hasn't been sent to my store for my order pickup.
I have found it is such a waste of time to chat with their customer service and often I end up with their chat causing new problems to my account, so I haven't called them about this.
I am still waiting, someone in the shop your way thread did recently get theirs. I have found it is fifty/fifty on these long wait items.Did anyone receive these. That *****. I guess I will just wait and see what happens. My spark plugs wire pliers were for pickup beginning of March and they never came in. Bought them with $ from a gift debit card that is long ago used up and discarded, so if Sears eventually cancels my order, the refund will go into outer space.
I don't want to quote the whole chat transcript, but I was on a chat last week and asked the guy if he'd ever been inside a Sears store since what he was telling me (that they had good inventory control and I could trust the website as accurate for store stock) made no sense. He had not ever been to a Sears store. I presume he was off shore somewhere. I explained to him that the Sears stores I've been to in the past several years are pretty empty and not well run.
