You can always use something other than metal alloy for the fill material. Maybe wax or plaster? Bore casting would not turn out well if you didn't do some pre-pour preparation. Smooth the pin hole a little. Or, cast just the bottom half of the pin hole, then turn the swivel to one side and cast the top half. Casting was just a wild idea. Looks like we have the proper dimensions anyhow.





Ll you have to do is to smooth that out on the body, remove it from the places it’s not supposed to be, paint it Verde Green or ???, polish up the bare parts and get a new set of jaws from Kevin.(I think he has them in stock now)
