As I posted in the message you quoted, the SYW site and SHC press releases.
The message he quoted of yours did not contain any links of in stock C3 tools or links of SHC press releases of all these supposed new C3 tools you talk about.
As Jalopy_J mentioned, your post did not contain any actual links to anything.
Below is the Sears Holding Company (SHC) website, where they put up all the news about new products, what is happening with the company, and other business news.
I just did a search of the site, using words like "C3", "Cordless", "Cordless tools", "C3 Cordless" and stuff like that. The only thing that comes up is the information about the upcoming, and recently released line of Craftsman 20V tools. Nothing came up at all about the C3 line of older tools.
Here is the link for the Sears Holding Company website:

The part you are referring to, about what is shown as "In Stock" on the Shop You Way (SYW) website, are not new C3 tools that are coming out.
What that is the old stock of C3 tools that your local Sears stores may still currently have. This is not an indication that Sears is putting out new C3 tools. It is just the tools that are still available around your location.
I can find this by putting in my zip code into the Sears website, the Craftsman Club website, the SYW website, and the Kmart website. I still see a few C3 tools available in my area. But most of them say "Out of stock", or in stock for local pickup only when I hit the "Search other locations".
I wish they were making more C3 tools, as I would love to buy more for my collection. But the only ones I can find are either used ones on eBay, on my local Craigs List, or here on the GJ in the for sale forum.
Perhaps you are not aware that stock status is based on the buyer's location. Thanks for the links that confirm "in stock" in this area.
If you have any links that say there are new C3 tools being put out, please post an actual link to a story about new C3 tools. Or, please let us know your zip code so we can input that into any of the websites related to Craftsman tools so we can see the stock they have available at your local stores, and see if they offer shipping to home.
Thanks!
Jim
