I remember when they had that PC drill press regularly $399 last fall and maybe this spring... I wonder why they jacked the price up to $499...
I managed to find one in practically new condition at an estate sale with a nice woodpeckers table mounted to it. The pulley on the motor was misaligned a little, was super easy to loosen the set screw & adjust though.
It's a pretty good entry-level floor drill press. With the intermediate pulley it does go down to like 300 RPM. The laser X also is helpful (assuming it's adjust properly).
I have zero complaints... If you need one and can get one of those deals then it's definitely worth it.

Propane heaters are on clearance at some stores. Lower prices seem to match with what Amazon is selling them for.

I have been waiting for this for a long time. My Lowes still has a well stocked Kobalt section but everything list at full price. This past weekend I was helping my sister-law move and stopped into the Lowes in Orangeburg, NY 10962 and they had the same set up. Three racks full of bins of Kobalt hand tools for about 50% off the list price.

That tape is nice. I just opened it.
When it said, "In-use/lifestyle image; only tape included"I thought the dispenser did not come with it, but it does. Looks like nice tape, I didn't try it yet.

That dispenser seems goofy to me, The tape goes OVER the Roller I guess Right?
I had it under at 1st.
Seems like nice and thick tape too.
So what do you do with the loose end of the tape, stick it down to the roll like I have it here?
Sorry if it seems trivial, I guess I'm fussy sometimes.
Guess that is all you can do with it.

I've been using this tape for years. I like the dispenser. The tape stays where you tear it off. It should lay against the blade. I think static keeps it against the blade. When I use it to seal boxes I only need one strip.

Ya, it's similar to other disperyses I've used, except much more stout. I don't think our usual tape roll will work in this unfortunately.

Back up to full price. I often wondered if Lowes monitors this site.
Looks like Lowe’s is catching on faster. All the 0 stock stores I checked today have returned the price to $49.98. Lowest price I saw in stock was 19.99.

Flip it around. The tape goes under those quides. The cutter cuts the non sticky side

It goes over the roller but you flip the unit face down and use it to apply the tape then cut it.
