I remember when they had that PC drill press regularly $399 last fall and maybe this spring... I wonder why they jacked the price up to $499...

I managed to find one in practically new condition at an estate sale with a nice woodpeckers table mounted to it. The pulley on the motor was misaligned a little, was super easy to loosen the set screw & adjust though.

It's a pretty good entry-level floor drill press. With the intermediate pulley it does go down to like 300 RPM. The laser X also is helpful (assuming it's adjust properly).

I have zero complaints... If you need one and can get one of those deals then it's definitely worth it.

How much is it on Clearance?
Anyone know Why, In firefox, Check other stores is not working.
Have restarted computer, and turned off ad blocker.
Not working in New private window either.
Thanks, I ordered 6 for shipping. Is That Especially good Tape too?
$2.24 A Roll. Working OK in IE. I don't understand.
Seems there is always some kind of issue with Lowes Site.
For me at least.
I know It seems to make you log in a lot.

Lowe's in Westboro, MA appears to be dumping more Kobalt tools to make room for Craftsman.

Alot of sockets and various ratchets. I didn't get a pick of the 3/8" impact sets (both shallow and deep sockets). I picked up some dollar items while rummaging.

I have been waiting for this for a long time. My Lowes still has a well stocked Kobalt section but everything list at full price. This past weekend I was helping my sister-law move and stopped into the Lowes in Orangeburg, NY 10962 and they had the same set up. Three racks full of bins of Kobalt hand tools for about 50% off the list price.

I picked up one of these yesterday. Figured it would be good to keep in the truck.

That tape is nice. I just opened it.
When it said, "In-use/lifestyle image; only tape included"I thought the dispenser did not come with it, but it does. Looks like nice tape, I didn't try it yet.

That dispenser seems goofy to me, The tape goes OVER the Roller I guess Right?
I had it under at 1st.
Seems like nice and thick tape too.
So what do you do with the loose end of the tape, stick it down to the roll like I have it here?
Sorry if it seems trivial, I guess I'm fussy sometimes.
Guess that is all you can do with it.

I've been using this tape for years. I like the dispenser. The tape stays where you tear it off. It should lay against the blade. I think static keeps it against the blade. When I use it to seal boxes I only need one strip.

Ya, it's similar to other disperyses I've used, except much more stout. I don't think our usual tape roll will work in this unfortunately.

Thanks, well to stay against the cutter maybe it has to go under the roller then.
I must have it on wrong.
What is riding against the roller, when dispensing the tape, the sticky side or smooth side?
Thanks guys.

Flip it around. The tape goes under those quides. The cutter cuts the non sticky side

OK I know it goes under the guides, But does it go Over Top the roller, or Under the roller (between the roller and the cutter)?
Sorry To be a bother with it,

Since you asked nicely,
1000730248 craftsman 60v mower down to 159. Not to be confused with the self propelled that was posted here a few days ago for 200.

It's pretty funny that we have folks that can build/rebuild anything and have problems figuring out a tape dispenser (as he raises his hand and says, "that's me")!

I Know, .............LOL ............It just seemed a little funny (odd) to me.:headscrat
I didn't mean to start a whole big thing. Sorry if it was a problem for anyone.
I thought that's what this group was for.
I might be a bit of a fuss budget too.
Tending to "overthink" things.
EDIT
That's nice tape though, especially for the sale price!
