Jack, Probably need an AP mech to weigh in on the Joar. What size is the lug wrench? if not for car lug bolts I'm thinking AP as well?
Or wait for Lugz to weigh in!

It's a conduit wrench. I have a few. I have a bunch of Jo Mfg tools. Instead of model numbers, they named all their tools, starting with Jo. There's the Joar, Jote, Joda, etc. All different tools. Bigtime aircraft tools supplier during WWII and after. If you really want to have some fun, we have a thread on Jo down on the Vintage board,, and it attracted a grandson of the owner, who used to work there in the 60's as a teen. His father is still alive and he has shared a lot of stories and info. Link here.
