Some of these stubby and compact impacts are very good .
Real stubby ones never much more than 300 but the compact ones can be in the 500 range which does 95% of my work and I don't want be using bigger/heavier tool unless need to .
Other issue is you need good air setup and most don't, soon as you around 70-80psi dynamic you lost a lot of ft-lbs .
The Astro 1823 was a more useful all round package as had bigger hammers but that got discontinued and did seem have some user complaints .
The Facom/Mac stubby and compact range (MAC MPF990501C, Facom NS2500G) is some of best hitting good all round design/power to size, ACT also have a stubby I like using .
