2 pole breakers

I'm trying to add 220 for a neighbor who just got an electric Mustang (pretty cool car!) It's a mobile home supply pedestal with 4 bus tabs from I guess 2 phases, there's a 2 pole 50 in the middle, so when I move it over to add a 2 pole 30 for the car I lose 220. My question is would it be better to add another bus bar, if I can, and ill need to call an electrician, or get a quad 2pole 30 2 pole 50? Added twist...can't have rejection clips! I've been trying to find one with zero luck. Thanks.

also i believe you need a GFCI for outdoor ev outlets like you're doing.

Its not 2 phases. Its single phase and you cant add a bus bar.

If its a 2 space 4-circuit panel you would need a quad 30-50 breaker to do what you want.

Thanks guys for being so helpful, I thought this might be the place to go for answers. I made it clear that I don't know terminology and that if necessary I'd call an electrician, but I'm perfectly capable on changing a breaker! Geez, tough crowd. I've worked in remodeling for years, and moved to a mobile home park working under an electrical engineer. He died and now it's me....so if someone has something to say that is productive then I would appreciate it. Thanks to the guy who at least tried to help, but , again, I thought it was pretty clear that I an looking for a quad 2 pole 30 2 pole 50 with NO rejection clips. I'll send a picture and maybe someone can tell me the proper thing to ask. Thanks.

Replace the 50 in the middle with a 30/50 Quad

(Looks like a Siemens panel to me, but if not, replace with appropriate manufacturer)
It has to stay in the middle to stay on both poles.

I can't make out any of the writing in the panel. But you are probably right. Personally, I would want to replace the panel anyway, something with at least 8 slots. But it may be fine for a mobile home, and if allowed by the panel, the 30/50 quad would solve the EV charger issue.

Yeah, I got the 2 pole 30 and moved the 50 over, no 220, realized my mistake and just trying to get this guys car charging. Here's a better picture of the panel, got the name in there this time.

220 volts is a line to neutral voltage & not used in North America. Milbank got in the mobile home pedestal business after buying Unicorn some years back.

What Wyliesdiesels suggested, a quad breaker is about the simplest way to do it.
