Bleach and urine is not a good deal! Uric acid and bleach stink like hell. Ever walk into a gas station bathroom and it smells bad, like a mix of urine and bleach? They are using bleach in the mop water. Really makes as stink! Really, bleach is the last chemical to use on urine.
i'm just guessing it is urine,, seems like a lot of urine. i have never seen a rat in the garage but there is defintely evidence.

I'm not putting down Nature's Miracle, I use it myself, but commercial enzyme bathroom cleaners are a fraction of the price and about as good.
Big clumps like that without nests make no sense to me. They have no bladder control, so they can't hold it and all piss in one spot.
When you clean your toilet do you save a weeks wroth of piss, then clean it, or do you flush it so there is clear water in it? That bowl cleaner is going into clear water, or at worst a cup of urine diluted out with a gallon of water.I would still use bleach and scrub it a bit. Follow up with some Simple Green and hot water.
If bleach and urine is so dangerous, I would imagine that Clorox will have a future lawsuit on their hands.
OP doesn't have weeks worth of urine, just a few old now dried up puddles that he needs to clean up.
No he doesn't but you don't use toilet cleaner directly on urine. That was my point as you showed a bottle of toilet cleaner. Your toilet will have a bunch of water in it. you don't go spraying directly on urine.

i have but where i am at in arizona,, it's a bit rural and well, to be honest,, most of the locals are not professional's really at anything, just like some dude with a pressure washer type of thing or some wal-mart tools. and with fuel prices,, hard to get someone to drive all the way out there. but i will re-examine that again,, that was my first attempt a few months ago,,,looking for someone to do just that.

411 - The smell may dissipate temporarily after a good cleaning, but as soon as any type of moisture is introduced again, it can come back just as strong as before.
Once you know where the urine stains are, the first step will be to scrub the area with a strong solution of ½ cup TSP (Trisodium Phosphate) to 1 gallon of hot water. TSP mixed at this ratio is very strong. Gloves and eye protection should be worn for safety.
What the TSP does is remove all the bacteria, most if not all of the stains, as well as remove other residue left from the urine. It will leave only the uric acid crystals behind. This will allow the enzymatic pet urine cleaner to work faster and more efficiently at removing the uric acid crystals.

I had to clean a garage floor where cats had pissed for years. I mopped it with a strong solution of Nature's Miracle, let it dry for a week, then did it again and let it dry. It pretty much killed the odor. Get it really wet so it soaks it.
Well, TSP is banned in my state (phosphates in general are banned in cleaning products), so box stores sell TSP substitute.
This is what I purchased last year. I'm still working through it.
