Use "V" grooved glass. You get approximately the same look as grids but you can see out most of the window with no obstructions. The "V" is on the inside of thermal pane windows. Makes for easy cleaning.
I used Zip Board on the roof and sides of my 3,000+ sq. ft. shop. Studs were 16" on center. It saw a number of good rains before getting covered. There were no problems at all. Zip Board is a much denser product than particle board. Due to this it holds fasteners much better
Purchase 1x4 or 1x6 pressure treated lumber. Chamfer the top edge at 45* to dress the baseboard up. I installed several hundred feet of this in my shop and it turned out well. Plywood when damp or in contact with the concrete my deteriorate over time.

Definitely go with 4000psi. If will give a nicer/smoother finish due to higher cement content. Cost difference is only $10-$15 per cu yard. Cracking in concrete is not a matter of if it will crack but where. You should plan on sawing a control cut every 10-12' in both directions to control...
Oil the tool not the line. Even if turned off oil will stay in the line and flow for a while. You don't want oil in your tires or coming out of your spray gun into paint.

The best lift depends on what type of use it's going to get and what you want to spend. Its a personal decision.
A 2-post takes less real estate than a 4-post and is cheaper. The floor under the post area may need a bit of beefing up. Posts must be anchored to the floor. Drive line is totally...
