The one on the left is a 1969 Saylor-Beall 2hp. The one on the right is a 1967 Champion 2hp. I am replacing the tank on the Saylor-Beall. Does anyone have the color code for the Saylor-Beall paint? I already saw the post where the guy mixed 3 colors of Rustoleum, but it might be easier...

What tools do you need to run?

The earlier posters have given you good advice. A vintage or industrial compressor with a real 2 to 5 horsepower motor and a 60 gallon or larger tank is what you should find. Your dollar goes the farthest this way. Craigslist and auctions (don't forget government auctions) are where to find them.

It worked using Chrome for me.

Exactly, if it doesn't have a head gasket, there is one less failure point.

Definitely consider a Champion R-Series over the Centurion Series as they don't blow out head gaskets. I hear good things about the Saylor-Beall compressors as well.

+1 on the Craigslist finds I got an 80 gallon 2hp Champion for $300 a year ago. There are some decent deals to be found at auctions as well.
