Current recommend for a regular screwdriver set?

The Pittsburgh pro Bahco Gen 2 ergo gripish set is the best screwdrivers you'll find for $10.

    Mini lathe base build.

I wouldn't particularly call any of the methods mentioned herculean in terms of effort. That's an idea, the top is probably big enough to fit the entire block so I'd just leave it uncut for the extra weight, and it's heavy enough I could probably just stick some rubber under it to keep the...

    Mini lathe base build.

Not much, but enough to not want to be using it on just the rubber bumpers it comes with.

    Mini lathe base build.

I bought a 7x14 vevor mini lathe a while ago, haven't had the chance to actually set it up in a permanent way yet though. At first, it was because I couldn't find a good spot for it, and didn't have anything to mount it to. Well I remedied those, neither are particularly good though, I found...

    Icon Ratchets vs. Gearwrench 90t

I said greater than 72T, 72T includes most modern ratchets. Being less than the Snap On isn't exactly an accomplishment considering how bad those were compared to other designs of that era.

    Icon Ratchets vs. Gearwrench 90t

They keep pumping up tooth counts, but has backdrag improved at all on these modern >72T designs?

Ryobi P322 owners, how is it?

I've just about had it with having to drag out compressors, air lines etc to just drive a few brads. I'm about to break down and buy a battery one, I thought for sure the $109 one would have a Ryobi days deal for $99 with the batteries, but only the P322 has a combo deal and its $160. I was...

Full face, hooded eye protection, does it exist?

Basically I just want this but a little smaller and not disposable. I'd even go for that but it seems like a medical supply only thing and they come in cases of 50 which perhaps would be just a tinsy bit overkill.

Full face, hooded eye protection, does it exist?

Actually that's not a half bad idea. Probably not in the specific situation I was in, but in place of a face shield I might give it a shot, probably cut the decibels down too since I'm too lazy to use hearing protection, plus safety glasses, plus a face shield. It's not paranoia if they are out...

Full face, hooded eye protection, does it exist?

Is the Uvex Bionic impact rated? I noticed a crack in the headband of my 3m shield yesterday, I taped it but I wouldn't mind buying a better shield. But unlike the 3m polycarb that is molded in a curve, that Uvex as a flat sheet that you bend into the housing so I'm imagine it's more of a dust...

Full face, hooded eye protection, does it exist?

The main reason I would want the hood is because I have the same thing occur with full face that happens with goggles sometimes. The build up on top seal/head falling into the respirator or on my face when taking it off and then I have to wipe it out which is irritating.

Full face, hooded eye protection, does it exist?

I was 98% done with the work under the car, been cleaning up rust, wire wheeling, painting and finishing installing the hitch and putting the bumper back on. Was jumping between face shield, full face respirator and goggles when I'd come back outside and do a bit more work under the car, had a...

Wall mount panel for bins that isn't expensive?

I have a bunch of the akro mills type bins that are supposed to be able put on louvered panels, but not the mounting system. HF sells those cheap parts racks for $25 with the bins that has a mount for them, but if I try and source something like that by itself, it is very expensive...
