I can’t help you with a socket but like the idea of using a drill chuck to hold pins or punches and whateg01 said about threading a shaft in an old chuck will be another little project that will make pressing easier ! Thanks !

That’s the same as my Ford was , if you retract all the cylinders and fill to about 6” from the top should get you “ in the ballpark “ until you can find an operators manual .

Years ago I had a 3400 Ford , if I remember correctly the front loader frame was also the hydraulic reservoir and on the right side of the loader frame was a threaded cap with a vent on top which you would fill using regular hydraulic fluid . If yo take a picture we could verify this .

Years ago I bought Std and metric Craftsman 3/8” drive similar and have them in 1/2” drive. ( can’t remember the brand ) never saw them in 1/4” so I just ordered a set of each from O’Reliys I don’t use them often but I especially like the option of using a wrench on them .
