What part of E.TN are you in? I went to school and lived in E.Tn for several years. My kids were born in E. TN.

I was/am a low voltage contractor. When going between buildings, you will need to get some type of lighting protection. I have seen many modems and computers fried due to lighting strikes.

Nice looking garage. Couple of questions. Why did you put it so close to the big tree? The cables for your Internet and TV. Did you get the cable that is rated to be buried?

I got two quotes. I got a quote for 30x40 and a 40x60. Will probably end up going up the 30x40 for now. Can build two 30x40's for the price of one 40x60.

What about the garage doors? My quote has the garage doors as part of the package.

Looking at the quote that I have, it did not mention anything about radiant barrier. Did you ask for that or was it part of the package? My quote does mention full insulation package or roof insulation.
