Big Buddy reviews great, my experince not so much

Yes, I used both propane cylinders. It just didn't throw out near as much heat as I expected based on the outstanding reviews.

Big Buddy reviews great, my experince not so much

It's a three stall 36x30 garage all open. But the space I need heat for the home gym is 1/2 of one stall. I just got another space heater I had and will experiment with running both tomorrow. Maybe it's as simple as that. I can plug each into a different circuit.

Big Buddy reviews great, my experince not so much

I bought the Big Buddy Pro series 18k btu. Reviews of over 5,000 were very good. Maybe I was expecting too much, but it didn't seem to be near as effective as I thought. Burned through the propane quickly and didn't throw off that much heat...

    Need carport enclosure ideas

This may work. Some of them I checked online look like garage door material and like you mentioned, it won't restrict the width. Maybe I can sneak it past the POA, they have a reputation of saying no to anything outside their strict code.

    Need carport enclosure ideas

The evil POA in my neighborhood may send me a nasty gram any day. My boat is visible from the road, oh the horror! Anyway, I'm searching the internet for design ideas but not having much luck. The attached pic shows the simple tarps I put up to control the wind/rain some. They work fine but...

    How to lay offset tile

I called Norsk-stor customer service about my tile question. Got a quick response and talked through the issue. Nice to have a company be so responsive.

    How to lay offset tile

I hope I can describe this adequately (see pic). I have a three car garage and one door is offset about 18". I can't figure out how to allow for that. The mushrooms connecting on my tile have to be squared up tile to tile to match up due to the last semi-mushroom at the end. If you try to match...

    Tile floor walk-on feel

Thanks for the info. I just ordered a couple samples. I think PVC is the correct application for me.

    Tile floor walk-on feel

I received samples of Tru-Lock and Race Deck. Both have the same hard plastic feel. I was hoping for something more rubbery. I put them down on concrete and tried to imagine how they would feel to walk on in a bigger area. I think I read some put an underlayment of some type to reduce the clicky...

    Mat expansion issues?

Got a sample of the small coin mat and a diamond tile from Garageflooring LLC. I was surprised by the plastic feeling of the tile. I thought it would have more of a rubber feel. The mat sample did seem more rubbery. Thinking of going with the mat. My new construction garage is 30' x 36'...

    12" vs 18" Tiles

Initial research underway. Decided on tiles vs other flooring options, so got that done. New construction 3 car garage 30'x36'. I'm thinking 12" tiles may give a busier look compared to 18". Don't care for the checkerboard design layouts, so the 12" has me thinking I need to avoid them if...
