+1 Remember the 1/7 rule. You can only withdraw 1/7th the capacity of a cylinder in cubic feet per minute. So if you have a 70 cu ft cylinder, the most you should pull is 10 CFM of acetylene. That's around a 2 or 4 rosebud tip if you were planning to use it for that.

Another important consideration with a rosebud is how large your tanks are. Rosebud tips use a lot of acetylene. They should be sized to draw less than 1/7 cfh the size of the tank. In other words, if you happened to have a #6 tip that drew 14-40 scfh, you'd need a tank that was a minimum of...
