I just traded in my classic 78 for a KRL722. To me its worth it if you want a more professional box. Plus the KRL boxes are built better, look better, and hold more weight.

After reading this thread im having second thoughts about buying an ss top.

Wow I never knew the ss top had a wood core. I was planning on buying one for my new krl722.

Planning on trading in my classic 78 and im looking at getting a master series. The krl722 is affordable and looks better but is there a size difference between them?

Ive been posting a bit and I just noticed the introduction section lol. I joined to actually get advise on if I should upgrade my tool box or sell it. But I see that its a good community so I think I will check site regularly now.

I think im gonna go with Snap On Red it looks more original.

I've had my snap on classic 78 tool box for about a year now, and I now want to sell it. I bought the box new and its still in great condition. The box is flat black and it looks great, I just don't need such a big box. How much do you think its worth, and do you think Snap on or Matco would buy...
