I went out and did them. I used a new bit and still about half spun. It was a pain in the ****. I think when I put it back together I'm going to use screws. It would make it much easier to tear apart.

I think I figured it out. There is a rivet that when you extend the slide all the way. It looks like you drill it out and then just lift up? Am I thinking right?

I picked up a KR657 off craigslist yesterday. I figured out how to remove the drawers no problem. But I can't figure out how to remove the whole ball bearing slide from the box. I want to remove all the slides so I can soak them and clean them. Thanks so much!
