I have the same problem, unlevel concrete. This sounds like it will work. But I also wash my cars in the garage sometimes. How would you squegee out the water with the rubber threashold in the way?

Thats what I was thinking. I found some batting that is wraped in plastic at Lowes.

I tried the backer rod, it didn't help for me.

I stuck mine on some thin plexiglass and screwed it to the wall. That way if I move I can take them with me.

What is better for the $, styrofoam boards or just the batting? Whats a good size OSB?

I have a 30x40 pole barn type shop with the double bubble insulation wraped on all walls and ceiling. I'm wanting to put up some OSB and peg board on the walls. Would it be cost effective to put some kind of other insulation on before the OSB?

I used some double bubble wrap left over from my shop build. Also saw it on Ask This Old House.

Great find, I love looking through thrift stores and yard sales. I like the numbers, plain and simple. Not a bad price either.

I did a 24x24 with the quickcrete, non clearcoat. 2yrs ago and after one year my tires tend to pull it up. I guess two coates might have helped. good luck! I have a new 30x40 I can't decide what to use on the floor.
