Hello! I'm a new member from the southeastern Wisconsin area (Waukesha County). Currently going through the process of securing land to build the garage. The remainder of this year and 2019 will be dedicated to planning. Spring of 2020 will be ground breaking with completion in the summer/fall...

So here are the pics of the existing cramped set up. And to the right is where I'm looking to put the addition View from the other side. I'm debating not having a detached but getting rid of the deck behind the clump of trees and attaching it to the existing garage .

Does anyone have a Geo Thermal in their Detached? If so are you using radiant through PEX or a duct system?
