Is this vintage and what is it

The mobile home industry used clutch head screws on a lot of stuff for many years.

    Snap-on Intimidator Tool Box

I too seek out the more subdued color boxes. There never seems to be a shortage of neon colored, race car driver, or camouflaged boxes on c-list for less than the basic reds, black or blues. Probably some lesson in poor life choices of the original buyers there.

    New Snap On KRL1023

Can't help on the decoding. I haven't owned a box yet with sprung wheels, but always figured it was designed to counter uneven floors.

I believe the sprung wheels were an option.

    Engine Load Leveler

I use the OTC 4305 style. Very easy to adjust under load. Pulled an engine trans, and transfer case in one shot a short while ago. Took very little effort to adjust level even with all that hanging from it.

What kind of glue could this be?

I had always heard the stuff was originally designed as a quick way to close wounds. Which is why it seems to accel at bonding skin.

Am I insane for thinking this is cool?

I've seen that done a couple of places local to me. Guy's have them in their front yards as decorations. I think it's pretty cool.

    Wilton blue paint color

I ended up ordering a couple cans of the hammered blue from Jamestown Supply, (or is it Jonestown supply?). They deal in a lot of boat restoration supplies. Only place I could find it.

Alright, I'm stumped. What is it?

Really not an uncommon phrase here in the states. I've heard it often, never really gave much thought to the origin.

    Pin Hole Leaks in Pex?

There was an old class action suit years ago against the piping they were using prior to pex. Iirc it was a polybutyle pipe. I know that used to get pinholes. This is the first I've heard of the problem with pex.

    tool abusers

My Snap-On dealer always referred to Phillips screwdrivers as punches, and regulars as prybars. Guess he didn't see any point in pretending that wasn't what they were commonly used for.
