I may not know what im talking about here but i believe ive seen one before and the tank is filled with water to locate tire leaks but this may be something completely different just looks similar

I went with the rebuilding route once with interstate since we have a guy that comes around and had a bad experience with it, the battery only lasted like half the time of a new one so before i go with that route or buying a new one i just wanted to see if any other brands would work. Thank you
