I talked to Paul at Central Ohio Heaters and he said that somehow my oil solenoid is staying energized on shutdown and that is the only way for oil to get through. He gave me some tips on how to test it so I'll try that later today and see what happens.

I used 2" Owens Formular 250 insulation under my slab and even before the slab was pour I could feel a big difference in the temp before and after I laid the insulation. I think I paid $22.96 a sheet at Homedepot.
