I have not sealed the grout or the tile since I built it about nine years ago. Would resealing help prevent future build up?

I use Brake Clean to clean up oil and overspray on my Rust Bullet floor. No damage and works for me. MY floor does have flakes with clear over.

I have had Rust Bullet down in my shop for a few years now and I have not had ANY lifting at all. It is a general use shop and I keep my collector cars in it. I love the stuff.

I did direct bury and had failure in about four years. I then went to conduit and that has been over ten years without and trouble.

I also used mine for a mobile platform while installing the shop lights. I put two sheets of plywood on it and had a great work space.

I am Just a DYI er but I did check power on the load side of the contactor and I have power there. I found one overload with a reset button and that was not tripped. I have a Lennox Elete 4 ton unit installed in 09 and the compressor went out. Do I replace the whole unit or just the compressor.
