I am going to call IR tomorrow and ask their tech support folks. Seems there is a "kit" that they sell to convert the vacuum pump to a compressor.

Yes, it's a single stage, twin cylinder, Bore is 4", stroke 2.75". The pump is an IR 244F2, 800 rpm. I think the bore is 4", stroke 2.75". Comes out to ~32cfm at 800 rpm....Not really expecting that, but the math is pretty cool. I am wondering where to look for rebuild kits. Also found this...
