With coupon, $250+tax makes the 26" cabs a good deal. Heck, the 44" is only better to me for the wide top drawer, and of course the top space. At only 180lbs, the 26" is indeed easier to unload alone and move around.
I have it and like it for hard wood up to about 12" diameter. I got it many months ago when it was $300 w/ 1 battery or $400 w/ 2 batteries. If I could, I'd go back in time and buy 5 kits to resell the extras.

Yeah, I paid $300 almost a year ago for the chainsaw and 1 battery. I wish I got the 2 batt kit for $400, or 2 or 3 of em and sell the saws separately.
I like it a lot myself. I only used 2 battery bars cutting a bunch of wood recently on & off for a few hours. The saw only slowed down a bit on the 12"+ diameter oak pieces & some madrone. This will be awesome to take on hiking or biking trails to clear after the storms. The looks don't really...
