That looks like a jack I bought off of a guy's truck years ago. They would stop at all the garages they saw, selling jacks, engine hoists, jack stands, etc. I think the stuff was branded "Allied". Mine was all metric inside, but hydraulic parts houses carry metric parts. I'd take the valve out...

Picked up at an estate auction on Friday. 4.5 inch Wilton with a 4 inch made in Japan vise with it. Probably should have left it lay, but I just couldn't. It's my first Wilton. It'll be a good "winter project".
